By accessing and using the SiamSend mobile application ("App") and services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). You must be at least 18 years old to use our services.

SiamSend reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the App following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

3. Use of the App

You agree to use the App solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You must not attempt to disrupt or interfere with the App's functionality or gain unauthorized access to its systems.

4. Account Registration and Security

To access certain features of the App, you may need to register and create an account.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and password.

You agree to notify SiamSend immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.

5. Fee Structure

Outbound Transactions: A fee of 3.75% is applied to every transaction.

SiamSend reserves the right to adjust fees upon notice as required by regulatory or operational changes.

6. Payment Processing

SiamSend partners with a licensed Payment Service Provider (PSP) to process your payment information and transactions.

SiamSend only facilitates outbound transactions; you cannot receive funds through our service.

7. No Refund Policy

All transactions processed through SiamSend are final and non-refundable. Once a transaction has been initiated and confirmed, it cannot be reversed.

We advise you to carefully verify all transaction details before confirming any transfer.

8. Compliance and Regulations

SiamSend is a Thailand-based fintech company and, as such, complies with all applicable Thai laws and regulations, including those related to:

Financial services and payment systems.

Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements.

Data protection and consumer rights.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the App, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of SiamSend or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without our prior written consent.

10. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit through the App.

By submitting content, you grant SiamSend a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and display your content as necessary to provide our services.

You agree not to upload content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes on the rights of others.

11. Third-Party Links and Services

The App may contain links to third-party websites or services. SiamSend is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of these third parties. Accessing such links is at your own risk.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

SiamSend provides the App and services "as is" without any express or implied warranties. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, secure, or continuously available, and we disclaim any liability for interruptions, delays, or errors.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SiamSend shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the App or inability to use the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SiamSend, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of your use of the App or your violation of these Terms.

15. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the App's integrity.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Thailand. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved in the courts of Thailand.
